Akropolis in Regensburg

As always, super super delicious

From our point of view, a visit here is highly recommended - the local is super easy to get to! The convenient transport connections make a jaunt there promptly possible. Not only was the nice restaurant staff the absolute hit during our visit, but also the great climate. I usually no longer wanted to share the dessert with my entourage. We have now learned from it and will order one dessert per person the next time we visit.

Very good food. Unfortunately, no longer such portions (with baked calamari) as before. Tsatsiki is also not automatically included in every dish.

During our visit, I ate the turkey breast with rice and french fries, a garlic bread as a starter. In my opinion, the food was excellent in terms of taste and appearance. The service was polite and nice too. Can highly recommend the restaurant for connoisseurs of Greek restaurants🍴.

Have eaten there several times. Friendly staff and delicious food. We were particularly surprised by how quickly the food came. I would also describe the portions as above average. The location is a bit tucked away and away from the main roads. In the age of the internet it is only a small, but still a delicious insider tip.

We had reserved a table for 7 for my mother's birthday party. For the birthday party, the meal on the day is free. I mentioned the birthday on the day of the reservation and when I got to the restaurant. When we got the bill, the price for my mother's dish was included. I complained to our very friendly waiter, who, after two discussions with his boss, told us that he could no longer change the bill and that we had to pay the full amount. I then spoke to the owner of the restaurant myself to inform him in a really friendly manner that we did not understand this statement, especially since we ate and paid for a dish that was not ordered and served to us incorrectly. But he barely let me finish after he reluctantly came out of the kitchen and told me with incredible arrogance and rudeness and in an absolutely inappropriate tone that he would no longer change the bill and that we hadn't reserved a table anyway and it was him It doesn't matter whether we come back to his restaurant or not. We will definitely not enter this restaurant again, because this arrogant, arrogant manner towards its guests is absolutely intolerable and you don't have to put up with it. There are many Greek restaurants in Regensburg where guests are valued more and treated more politely by the owner. Apart from that, apart from the salad and the gyros, the food was rather tasteless, the baby squid rather tough. It's a shame that my mother's birthday ended so badly.

Had ordered a plate for 2 people to pick us up today. Compared to previous records, this was unfortunately very disappointing. The portion has shrunk very much. For 36 euros you would have expected a little more. The portion of gyros on the plate was more like the portion for one person. You are more used to the past and other Greeks. It's a shame.

Quality has often deteriorated here. Gyros greasy and cold portions of small price increased service worse. What a shame

Eating in times of Corona: As a loyal guest of this restaurant, I ordered and picked up my food there today, firstly because I was hungry and secondly because I want to support the restaurant in these difficult times. It tasted delicious as always, the portion was very large and the people were very friendly despite the crisis! Please everyone diligently uses the current pick-up service, so that Regensburgers can keep this great place!

We went there as a group and were welcomed very well. The food was great, the Souvlaki tender and most of the other dishes tastes awesome as well. I would say best Greek restaurant in town and a good recommendation. Staff was friendly as well. It might be wise to order in advance.

We were in the Acropolis for the first time last weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Especially the Bifteki tasted great! All in all highly recommended. Only the Ouzo could have been colder (was room temperature).

Insanely delicious and great service. We had a few extra wishes and a toddler with us and the waiter is very friendly and patient.

I only had a beer and French fries once, so I cannot judge on the quality of food. However, the ambience is so cozy and the staff are extremely kind. The prices of drinks are similar to other bars and restaurants. They have a wide choice of beers. Liked it.
